The Impact will play a minimum of two friendlies against Serie A opponents (first division). The club will face off against Bologna FC on November 8 at Stadio Renato Dall’Ara and ACF Fiorentina on November 15 at Stadio Artemio Franchi. Tickets for both games will be available. The team will also take part in a weekly training schedule. “This trip will give us the opportunity to extend our season by three weeks and cut down on the down time prior to the opening of training camp for the 2013 season,” said Impact sporting director Nick De Santis. “We would like to thank the two clubs for giving us the opportunity to organize these games, despite the fact that they are in midseason of their championships. This trip will also help us forge a stronger relationship with two prestigious organizations and could open doors for players wishing to play in North America one day.” www.impactmontreal.com/en/news/2012/10/montreal-impact-tour-italy-end-season
